Bug Description

Current logo URL: https://www.openstack.org/themes/openstack/images/openstack-logo-full.svg returns 404, which renders every OpenStack docs page without OpenStack logo.

Foundation seems to change the URL to utilize third-party host servers

This was broken by a change to the openstack.org website, it needs at least a redirect there to allow old documents that won't get republished to see the new content. Added openstack-org as project.

Change 650570 will only help us with train going forward.
