[cli-ref] should handle properly git commit message

Bug Description

As https://review.openstack.org/#/c/300749/ ,
some python clients display "DeprecationWarning",
which break the git commit message.
the doc-tool should treat this DeprecationWarning behaviour.

    [cli-ref] Support DeprecationWarning for version number

    Bash variable expansion "${version##* }" doesn't match the char ")"
    as "*". This patch add the process for "DeprecationWarning)" message.
