Need to discover which release of OpenStack contains which API extensions

Bug Description

In our current API Reference output at http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref.html there is no indicator for which release of OpenStack offers the end-users any given extension.

For example, http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-compute-v2-ext.html#ext-os-flavor-extra-specs was introduced in Jan 2012 so was part of the diablo release, 2011.3.1. We should indicate that is the release you can get it in.
