Remove /trunk Install Guides from server

Bug Description

Since we don't track milestone releases, the /trunk Install Guides aren't that useful and could cause more confusion. We don't publish them but people still find them sometimes. Remove the files, ensure redirects are accurate, and update the trunk/index.html to not point to Install Guides.

We currently publish the translated Install Guides as well as trunk versions. There's a Japanese Install Guide.

What shal we do with that one?

    Add option --ignore-book

    This allows for example to properly ignore the Install Guides from getting
    build and published.

    Do not publish Install Guide. The check queue
    will still build and show the Guide, just it will not get published.

I think ja/trunk still needs removal.
