the code has a bug, should we use python, cobra or awk to fix this???? maybe lisp?

Bug Description
If you want to perform a test - please deploy 5000000 hypervisors and run the hello world program which is attached... if the attachment doesnt attach please google how to run a hello world program ... this will save me time.. but not you
