Is there a bug on Nuetron OVS - STEIN release?

Hi there,

I wonder if there are any bugs floating around on Neutron, STEIN release.

At very first, I created both Network and Router, and I could ping them. I even created one very first VM and was able to ping, ssh into it and all fine. But then, as soon as I created another second VM then, no ping, no ssh, nothing.

After that, I started debugging and changes few neutron, nova, l3 agents, ml2, configurations here and there, also applied ROCKY version OVS configurations as well. Once I did this few tweaks, literally, no ping to Network and Router at all. I also did clean installation as well, the second time, but no success at all.

I wonder if anyone out there is trying to deploy STEIN release, AIO, Ubuntu 18.04 and facing issues with neutron (creating Network and Router and unable to ping)?
