Error on CINDER-BACKUP

Bug Description

Hello people, I am getting errors on manage cinder-backup.
When run "openstack volume backup create ID-VOLUME", we get these errors from /var/log/cinder/cinder-backup.log:

2018-04-05 18:58:27.413 139244 ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.server [] Exception during message handling: ObjectActionError: Object action obj_load_attr failed because: attribute cluster_name not lazy-loadable

According with pyhton file "volume.py", this errors occurs when attribute is not present in OPTIONAL ATTRIBUTES, and really it is not present, but it is present in FIELDS variable from volume.

Someone can help me, please?
