Steps to reproduce:

go to https://ask-staging.openstack.org/en/account/signin/?next=/en/ and pick OpenID as auth provider.
Insert your openstackid URL (mine is https://openstackid.org/stefano.maffulli). Put your password, hit 'authorize' and you'll be redirected to ask-staging site with the error in the screenshot (Invalid openid.mode: '')
