duplicated questions on ASK

Something is making ask.openstack.org way too easy to get duplicated entries without conscious user intervention, this should be painful for moderators...

I don't know what I did to manage to duplicate the bug submission, but it should have been prevented automatically...

Hi Vincent, indeed sometimes we notice duplicated entries. I think the moderation queue has something to do with it. We'll need to do more testing.

I have been granted moderator status, and now it is becoming painful to have to moderate duplicate questions, I'd personally rate that bug much higher than wishlist...

And for what it's worth I'm not seeing this happen "sometimes", it's more like, every time I go to my moderator queue, I see dupes.
Don't the other mods see that ?

There's a small link + icon at the top of the bug:

" This bug affects 2 people. Does this bug affect you?"

or something like that... It's a link to:

You can use that to drop some heat upon that bug, which may make the fix happen sooner...
