It appears there is a problem with caching user login information.
Unable to login using launchpad into ask.openstack.org
user : bgyako

Able to login using different yahoo user

It was fixed once before and it's NOT working again.
I started using the yahoo login. Not sure why launchpad login
Keeps failing.

Strange... Since you can use Yahoo login then I'd close this issue.
