can't ask my questions in ask.opensatck,org

I have already change my login method of ask.openstack.org to openid and I have sign in with my openid successfully.
But when I finished writing my question and clicked the button "Ask Your Question",it told me "An error occurred with the CAPTCHA service - try refreshing."

Sorry for the delay. The problem you're having may be caused by some extension in your browser or cache issues that are local to your system.
Can you please try another browser, login via a "private mode" tab, try a browser session with no extension? If these experiment fail, can u please attach screenshots and provide information about the browser, version and operating system you're using so we can try to replicate and debug the issue?

Where is the tab "private mode"? I couldn't see it.
And I changed my browse,but the problem is the same.

I can't replicate the error. I've tried with Firefox in private mode using Launchpad. You need to provide more details: which OpenID provider are you using?

please also add the exact browser versions and operating system you're using. Also please confirm that you've tried disabling all extensions and plugins in your browser.

My browser is IE8.
The operation is windows xp.

Do you have a way to test this on a modern operating system and a newer
browser? I'm afraid windows XP is not supported even by Microsoft anymore.

I have tested in a new operating system and firefox browser. But the problem is the same.

Thanks Tom. Pulling in Evgeny at this point then. The problem may be the great firewall blocking Google captcha.

Evgeny: can you please highlight the possible consequences of removing the captcha? What's the worst case scenario in case we remove that step?

There is no problem to sign.But after singing,I can not ask my question.
And I tried to sign with my lauchpad ID,but when I asked my question,it also returned the same error.
