Bug Description
it says I should have received a confirmation email, but none is in my email (checked span), and there is no resend button so I have to go through the whole process of signing in with launchpad each time.

Ok I finally got the email in my spam folder after a long delay, but still it would have been useful if there was a `resend` button.
