Bug Description

Experience has shown that rankings like 'top contributor' or more generically, "top person/company doing anything" make people uncomfortable, we should remove or de-emphasise all those charts that may fuel controversies.

We should remove from the navigation http://activity.openstack.org/dash/browser/top.html and eventually redesign the dashboard/ page to avoid leaving the impression that there is a race going on.
