Close as Duplicate question should allow to indicate the duplicate question

I find myself closing questions as duplicate and I think it would be good to let people know where the answer for their duplicate question is. Even more important is to leave in the notification area a direct link to the answer for people that land on that page from search engines.

This is a good idea, this will take some programming as it seems that we'd need to add a duplicate question selector, store the duplicate record and display it on the closed question.
