Syntax is BLANK while executing Get-Help Migrate-Drive cmdlet

1. Download latest win cli file from the management console and install i.
   Note: Version used for testing is 1.3.0.6
2. Launch Powershell and check the" "Get-Help Migrate-Drive"
  cd hpcs:
  Get-Help Migrate-Drive
  PS HPCS:\> Get-Help Migrate-Drive
3. Check the Syntax section

Issue:

  Syntax is BLANK. Please see the screenshot for reference.

  Note: If you run " Get-Help Migrate-Drive -detailed", syntax is available.

Expected:

  Syntax should be available.

Same issue is there for other cmdlet also.

1. Remove-Container, Get-Notes,Get-Version,Attach-Volume,Add-Rule etc --> Syntax and Descriptions are BLANK
