WinCLI- Created instance is moving to Error state

1.Install latest WinCLI client (Product Version : 1.3.5.2)
2.Ensure valid credentials are provided.
3.Create a network with all other prerequisists.
4.Try to create a network with above created network

Actaul Result:
Observed that all created servers are moving to Error state.

Expected Result:
All servers created must be come to active state.
