Bug Description

grizzly packaging has a testing override to use testr in parallel:

ifeq (,$(findstring nocheck, $(DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS)))
override_dh_auto_test:
 testr init && testr run --parallel
endif

This blows up in our current grizzly tree
