Bug Description
Formatting in "Choosing a Deployment Scenario" table for Compressed HA entry is bad in PDF version of COSI Deployment Guide. Text in the Roles column is, ironically, compressed, to the point that it is illegible.
Might not be able to do anything about this since the formatting is controlled by the DITA template.
