Havana Compressed_HA setup rabbitmq-server service is not accessible abnormally and service is down frequently

We suspect the cause of it may be erlang demon that is running on the node. Unless erlang demon is killed manually rabbitmq- service is not getting restarted.

After doing the above workaround intermittently we observed the same behavior and every time we need to follow the same procedure to make rabbitmq- service available.

If anybody has the permanent fix please post the same.
