Bug Description
Number of instances where a port off a server at the TOR is in Switchport access in lieu of, switchport mode trunk with a trunk native vlan setting. this is significant when Neutron comes online as the response to Spanning-tree Protocol and BPDU(or Bridgeport Data Unit) is not set therefore does not respond to the TOR switch upstream and can generate a network Loop.
Please enable this by default.
