Bug Description
As discussed on with mtaylor, there are various issues with the gerrit query interface: group queries don't work, OR operator doesn't work correctly. These issues are reported upsteam as:

Upstream bugs so i think it should be fixed upstream. Also we plan on upgrading to gerrit 2.8 (bug #1082781) and turn on secondary indexing which will expose many more query options.. https:/
