Email comment interface in Gerrit should allow posting back to original review

A nice thing about the Launchpad review system is that you can email back to the Launchpad bug with comments in reply to other reviewers.

While Gerrit sends out an email to reviewers when a new comment or patch is made to the review, the email comes from the reviewer's email address, and hitting Reply will allow you to send comments to the reviewer, but those comments do not appear on the review online.

It would be great if they did... :)

If gerrit were to allow posting comments via email, then it'll likely want to also include the full patch diff in the email notifications, to allow the person to quote code regions. I filed this bug for that feature
