SQLAlchemy-Utils 0.27.3 tarball is missing from many mirror

Hi,

since yesterday, all the gnocchi jobs fail with this error:

The issue is located on many mirrors (all?) according logstash:

On theses mirrors it seems that the index have been updated, but the tarball not synced.
