Bug Description

Could you please create and add an initial member to the 'bandit-core' group in Gerrit? This should be Jamie Finnigan (<email address hidden>).

The associated change to add Bandit to StackForge has been reviewed, approved and merged - see
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/119865/.

Broken things are bugs. Requests for an admin to perform some action are not bugs, and so wishlist is used to classify this as an action I'm going to take as soon as I get a spare moment (rather than drop everything and work on fixing it ASAP).

Apologies for the delay--I picked it up a couple days ago as I was about to process the request, and then got pulled away on unrelated emergencies. This is done now.
