Bug Description
Hi,
looking at site.pp today I couldn't find a -dev server for wiki.openstack.org
Given we want to do things like enable the translation module in mediawiki (which currently breaks badly due to some weird stylesheet issue), perhaps we should create a wiki-dev server so that this kind of stuff can be tested not in production...
