Openstackid doesn't log errors in special cases

I consider this one a production blocker: OpenStackID does not log errors at all. Consulting these docs: http://ci.openstack.org/openstackid.html it says that it can be configured to email errors (I do not believe it is currently). That's fine, but the server really should log errors itself somewhere so that if there is an error, we can triage it.
