Bug Description

After verifying https://review.openstack.org/64478 Jenkins reported failure, but I get error 404 when I follow FAILURE links in corresponding comment.

I found both of the failed jobs in Jenkins:

https://jenkins02.openstack.org/job/gate-taskflow-pep8/495/console
https://jenkins02.openstack.org/job/gate-taskflow-pep8/495/console

They were insta-failed due to a broken slave agent on precise12.slave.openstack.org. I noticed it failing jobs shortly after it killed yours and took it offline then, so it's not been causing havoc since a few hours ago.
