Bug Description
Jenkins in review requests always fails to rebase changes, even if commit is already rebased. For example: https:/
We used to have 'stable' branch in our repos, but yesterday it was removed. We created new branch 'stable/4.0' and it looks like repo in jenkins jobs needs to me wiped.
