sphinx docs gating jobs are broken (source_dir must be a directory)

Two jobs running sphinx documentation seems to be broken this morning:

gate-ci-docs ( https://review.openstack.org/#/c/61064/ )
gate-jenkins-job-builder-docs ( https://review.openstack.org/#/c/61084/ )

The common error being:

error: 'source_dir' must be a directory name (got `/home/jenkins/workspace/gate-ci-docs/doc/source`)

I rebased my JJB change on top of the sphinx <1.2 pinning and that solved it.

The other change I reported got abandoned for a different reason.

I guess you can get this bug closed now. People would have to recheck / rebase :-]

The linked changes are merged, along with many others. Also, requirements update proposal jobs are finally working again, after some complications, so most projects impacted by this have gotten a change proposed by now, either by hand or machine.

Sphinx pinning has not been merged to Glance master yet: https://review.openstack.org/61600
( "Updated from global requirements" for Glance master was abandoned https://review.openstack.org/60971 )
This is going to take some time until change from global requirements is propagated everywhere :(
