Bug Description

I recently added I9bb037c31e192f1d719cfdd3a1d59053eba0c5b0 as a new patch under Ic1d5a51176ccba8b922bcf084d11c0bb0c6ac06a but I didn't realise I4055c99910c0a8ca642aafb27bd05087869363ab (the next patch after those two) was auto abandoned at that time.

git review -y errored on that patch, and gerrit updated Ic1.... but I9bb was not listed in gerrit, not accessible in the UI, not visible to me.

I had to make a spurious change to I9bb and repush, and then it came good.

This should be fixed upstream. There is an upstream bug, http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/detail?id=1670, that proposes Gerrit should refuse to accept new changes based on abandoned changes.

drafts have been disabled on review.o.o so this will no longer be a problem for us. Just use the "Work in Progress" funtionality instead of drafts.
