Bug Description
Looks like with the change to use testr for concurrent test execution on master (havana), the stable/grizzly patches are failing in the check because it's looking for testr results but stable/grizzly is using nose still:

Sorry, this might be invalid (a red herring), there are test failures in my stable/grizzly cherry pick, probably due to issues with quantum(client) on the stable branches versus what tempest is using/expecting.
