LaunchPad Core developer lists are out of date

don't seem to be kept up to date.

If these are going to be kept up to date, great. If not, should we consider just removing them?

FWIW, I've seen this cause some confusion lately

Developers mostly know to go to https://review.openstack.org/#/admin/groups/13,members but lots of others don't

We don't sync between Gerrit and launchpad anymore. The Gerrit Core groups determine who can +2 code, and I believe the Launchpad core groups were kept because they determine bug supervisor and blueprint administration roles.

They are separate and do different things. Perhaps the common name is causing the confusion? Instead of completely removing them we might consider giving names to the launchpad groups that more accurately reflect their purpose.

Yes, I think changing the names of the LaunchPad groups would remove the confusion. Thanks!
