Much of this work actually happens when the change that adds your new projects to stackforge gets merged. The project importation process creates the new group among other things. So step number one is proposing that change and getting it merged.

Leaving this bug open as we will need to seed the initial set of members after the stackforge project is created.

Honestly it works in either order. There's a couple extra things we need to be sure to click if we create the group first, and then your ACL needs to perfectly match the requested group name we created. I think my updates to the stackforge docs are probably partly to blame for implying any particular sequence between specifying initial group members and proposing the other changes to openstack-infra/config. Suggestions on how to clarify that documentation are always appreciated!

The stackforge stuff is done and our project has been added. We don't have permissions in gerrit to do core approval on reviews, is this because this bug is still open?

Try again now--I've just added your requested initial members to the corresponding group. You should be able to add or remove subsequent members at https://review.openstack.org/#/admin/groups/160,members
