Bug Description
If you don't left an empty line between paragraphs when providing the git commit message, git review uses full text for title without notifying the user that situation.

It's gerrit that does that, actually. I think it emits a warning if it's more than 70 characters.
It would be nice to help people avoid this, but I'm not sure we want to have git-review actually prevent it, as some users (not in OpenStack) might want to do that.
