Bug Description
Dan Prince wrote reviewday a while ago, which helps present a list of reviews people should be working on. We want to make it an official piece of infrastructure, and should probably also update it to do things like consume projects.yaml or something. This means pulling it in to the openstack-ci org on gerrit, setting up a server and a puppet module and doing publication tasks.
Since it's a django app, I'm guessing that running it and running askbot are probably going to be rather similar.
