Bug Description

In the Gerrit email notification settings page you can choose which projects to watch:

  https://review.openstack.org/#/settings/projects

I want to see every patch that touches libvirt, so I have Gerrit configured to send me all changes/comments. This is quite alot of email traffic though and it is hard to filter it. I would like a way to get Gerrit to tag emails with keywords based on the paths the code touches.

eg, so I could request

  nova/virt/libvirt/* => TAG == libvirt
  nova/tests/* => TAG == tests

and then instead of:

  Change in openstack/nova[master]: foo bar wizz

the email subject line would show:

  [libvirt] Change in openstack/nova[master]: foo bar wizz

If multiple tags matched, then show

  [libvirt, tests] Change in openstack/nova[master]: foo bar wizz

This would let me quickly prioritize me reviews to areas I am knowledgeable about and ignore/de-prioritize other emails.

I like it. Would be very useful for e.g. Nova.
