Bug Description

from the kilo heat logs:

2015-08-10 20:13:41.744 4338 WARNING oslo_config.cfg [req-a7d11302-a092-4f96-9aaf-06dd8893a5cd - -] Option "sql_connection" from group "database" is deprecated. Use option "connection" from group "database".

Need to use "connection", not sql_connection.
