[Compute] Add metadata api to the Common list of endpoints

The openstack-common cookbook provides default['openstack']['endpoints']* attributes for OpenStack endpoint binds and interfaces. However, endpoint attributes do not exist for the OpenStack nova metadata API. This task proposes a functional enhancement to the openstack-common, openstack-network and openstack-compute cookbooks to support such endpoint attributes.

    The new endpoint attributes would drive the configuration for or possibly replace the following attributes:
              default['openstack']['network']['metadata']['nova_metadata_ip'] = '127.0.0.1'
              default['openstack']['network']['metadata']['nova_metadata_port'] = 8775
              default['openstack']['compute']['metadata_listen'] = '0.0.0.0'
              default['openstack']['compute']['metadata_listen_port'] = 8775

I think replacing these attributes is the right way to go here.
