In Chapter 3 Storage, the old tgtd has been replaced by LIO system.
The LIO is now used for all of the following storage fabrics: FCoE, iSCSI, iSER, and SRP.

Current cookbooks only support 6.5, so we need to stage this change in such that it does not effect current level of support for 6.5.
