Bug Description

The openstack-chef-repo is a reference implementation Chef Repository that serves as an example of how to deploy OpenStack using the Stackforge OpenStack cookbooks. However, the information in the existing README is pretty sparse.

Add a bunch of information to the openstack-chef-repo/README.md that explains the interconnection between the various cookbooks, assumptions that the cookbooks make, what's intentionally missing, and where to start building your own multi-node production setup.

We are moving towards https://github.com/jjasghar/chef-openstack-testing-stack as our example repo. The chef-repo will be deprecated for this and it will also be our reference architectures.

I should also mention that the nova builds successfully with this. Neutron is still on going.

The new repo has completely new readme and new doc dir for additional information. Closing, if we need more doc updates, just open a repo patch.
