Bug Description

When gnocchi_status_undercloud_collectd_plugin and gnocchi_status_controller_collectd_plugin are set to true in ansible/install/group_vars/all.yml,
podman logs collectd-undercloud and podman logs collectd-controller give the following error.
"Error: Parsing the config file failed!"
