Bug Description

There is a need to use one style for byte RAM units in api documentation.
As far as I discovered -

https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/compute/#show-flavor-details :

ram body integer The amount of RAM a flavor has, in MiB.

https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/compute/#show-hypervisor-details :

memory_mb body integer The memory of this hypervisor(in MB).
memory_mb_used body integer The memory used in this hypervisor(in MB).

Due to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mebibyte I can see that

"MB" - in case of unit standart - can be interpreted as binary or decimal unit. So, we have ambigous situation with the RAM units in documentation.

Could you triage with which unit is appropriate where? We have dealt with this with block storage where the unit really was MiB but I haven't seen a need for MiB in Compute yet, so I'd like clarity on what needs to change where.
