Identity API v3 documents nonexistent v3/extensions route

On the Identity API v3 extensions section [1], one can find:

"Query the Identity API to list available extensions with a GET request to v3/extensions."

But such route does not exist.

It was discussed on #openstack-keystone on April 11th 2014 at 12 a.m. UTC:
