Does this call support the X-Newest header?

* If the call supports the X-Newest header, the page should be updated to include this fact and information about the behavior when the header is set to True.
* If the call does not support the X-Newest header, the page should include an explicit informational note that the call does not support the header, since it is the only GET or HEAD request in the service that does not support the header, and it's not clear whether the omission from the Headers listing is intentional.

If you notice, the HEAD /v1/{account}/{container} operation supports X-Newest, so it follows that GET /v1/{account}/{container} must also support X-Newest. This was a simple omission.
