Bug Description
OpenStack Documentation (openstackdocs) Disqus shortname is included in the pom.xml files for Compute Admin Guide, Object Storage admin guide, Compute API v2, Object Storage API v1.0.
We should probably have separate Disqus shortnames for each book.
Plus the image API doesn't have Disqus comments enabled currently.
To fix this, register a new shortname on dashboard.

Then create a patchset with this:
<disqusShortnam
Changed to the disqus Shortname mentioned in the list above in the pom.xml for the appropriate book file.
