inventory_manage should remove group member

Bug Description

it would be nice if we could remove members of group. For instance I can use inventory_mange.py -G and see that the group `masakari-monitor_all` contains: controller1, controller2 controller3, compute1, compute2. I would like to remove the controller nodes from this group.
