Bug Description

I've just upgraded to Wallaby, OpenStack-Ansible 23.2.0.
Aodh API fails with HTTP 503.
In my aodh containers, I see :

Jan 19 17:05:06 fidcl-lyo1-ops-ctrl-02-aodh-container-0d8596af uwsgi[8449]: /openstack/venvs/uwsgi-23.2.0-python3/bin/uwsgi: error while loading shared libraries: libxml2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.
Needs libxml2 installed in /etc/ansible/roles/os_aodh/vars/debian.yml / aodh_distro_packages:
