python-libxml2 missing on gnocchi container

python-libxml2 is missing on the gnocchi container. Without this, the processes do not start.

uwsgi: error while loading shared libraries: libxml2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

To fix:

apt install python-libxml2

This is not missing the python-libxml2 package, which is the python *2* bindings for libxml. Installing python-libxml2 will pull in the whole of the python2 environment which you ought not to need on a recent release.

Instead I think that it is missing the libxml2 package itself?
