Bug Description

Following the AIO install and using the export SCENARIO="aio_lxc_swift" will have issues in journalctl and will use CPU because of the errors.

It looks like swift main service is working. The supporting services don't work (replicator, auditor, etc.)

I have also tried this using the openstack_user_config.test.example as a starting point. I am able to get other services working, like nova, glance, horizon. When I add swift using the AIO information I get the same errors in the journalctl.

One of the errors I tried to debug was missing sections in some of the configuration files. Adding the sections heads did not help.

There should be some default setting to get this feature working. It should work without any issues with the AIO.
