Bug Description

Running on latest Train 20.0.1
Trying to setup Swift. The default value for swift_fallocate_reserve in the os_swift role is '1%'. It makes the python3.6 configparser crash when parsing the generated config since it interpolates the % sign.

This can be fixed by changing the default value of swift_fallocate_reserve to '1%%'.

I seem to reproduce this on 20.1.0

There was a long hussle with this specific bug, including fix: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/openstack-ansible-os_swift/+/720021 and then revert of this fix, since issue was recognized in Swift and solution was backported, so our patch was reverted: https://review.opendev.org/q/I5498030487677523ae71ae2f9a13074ab4552204

However, overall, I believe this bug is solved and should not be an issue now.
